| 摘 要： | 在信息技术迅猛发展的Intemet时代，迫切需要通过机器翻译来解决各民族之间的文字沟通障碍．提出了一个基于规则和语料的英藏机器翻译系统的语言模型及结构设计，给出了系统的设计思想、设计原则，深入分析了翻译方法的选择，阐述了系统的总体结构、翻译算法及语言模型．

| Abstract: | In the times of Internet, it is urgent to gap the language obstacles between nationalities with machine translation. This paper proposes a languge model and structure design based on the principles and corpus, and suggests the a design thoughts and principles. We also analyze the selection of translation methods, explain the system＇s general structure, translation algorithm, and language models. |
