| 摘 要： | 旅游业的可持续发展在很大程度上取决于旅游服务质量.本文运用主成分分析方法,对我国6大旅游热点城市境外游客对旅游服务质量的评价进行定量分析.综合评价得分由高到低的顺序为：美国、日本、英国、澳大利亚、德国、瑞典、荷兰、加拿大、法国、西班牙、意大利、韩国.该结果表明,不同国家的游客对我国旅游服务质量的评价还存在明显差异.

| Abstract: | The persistent development of traveling industry greatly depends on the quality of traveling service.The principle component analysis is used to evaluate the inbound tourists’ views on the quality of our traveling service synthetically in six large traveling cities of China.The outcome shows that those tourists who are from the U.S.,Japan,England and Australia consider the quality of our traveling service the best,and then the tourists from Germany,Switzerland,Holland and Canada,and at last,the tourists from France,Spain,Italy and Korea.It concludes that synthetic evaluation on the quality of our traveling service from overseas is obvious difference.. |
