陶瓷镶块与铝合金全包容压铸连接的热应力分析

摘    要:对陶瓷摇臂中陶瓷镶块与铝合金基体的连接方法进行了探讨,设计了倒楔角式的陶瓷镶块,采用铝合金压铸的方法将陶瓷镶块与铝合金基体连接起来,形成全包容的连接结构.对压铸过程中陶瓷镶块所受的热应力进行了分析,并与把柄式结构在压铸过程中陶瓷镶块的受力情况进行了比较,证明全包容倒楔角式陶瓷镶块在压铸后受压应力作用,从而极大提高了陶瓷镶块工作的可靠性.

Abstract:The reliable connection between advanced ceramics and metals is the key problem of the engineering application of ceramics. With the development of research on the ceramics rocker arm the ceramic gluts can be die-casted into the A-alloy base to form a whole containment connection structure except for the working surface. The FEM analysis of thermal stress that resulted from the die-casting process is performed. The results indicated that the whole containment connection could induce compressive stress on the ceramic gluts, which can strengthen the realiablity of the ceramics.
