| 摘 要： | 分析了实现大功率晶体管（ＧＴＲ）快速保护的途径，提出了一种 ＧＴＲ的快速保护电路，尤其对检测电路作了详细的讨论。对不同情况下出现的过流故障进行了模拟试验，并对保护电路的响应时间进行了测量。这种快速保护电路具有响应快、结构简单、调试方便等众多优点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the ways to realize rapid protection of GTR and presents a practical rapid protection circuit. The detector circuit is discussed in detail. The response time of the rapid protection circuit of GTR was measured for different operation accidents by a double oscillograph. The rapid protection circuit has many advantages in rapid response, simple structure and convenient adjustment. |
