| Abstract: | As an important facility of the financial innovation, the asset securitization has very important actual significant on China in recent period. This paper analyzes the meanings and the historical revolution of the asset securitization, probes into several kinds of the securitized assets that are suitable to our country's selection, and based on the actual obstacles of our country's assets securitization, puts forward some countermeasures for our country's asset securitization. |
