内螺纹重力热管的特性分析

摘    要:给出了一种实验研究用内螺纹重力热管的基本结构及参数.根据由实验获得的数据,分析了内螺纹重力热管内侧冷凝段放热系数与温差的关系,内螺纹重力热管内侧加热段放热系数与温差的关系,理论换热量与实际换热量的关系,热管换热系数与流量的关系,及热管换热系数与热流密度的关系.在流量为0.006kg/s处,加热段换热系数是冷凝段换热系数的1.69倍.

Abstract:An experiment is done on the given parameter heat pip e. According to several figures obtained from the experiment, the analysis was mad e concerning the relation between the inner heat exchange coefficient in heated segment and the temperature difference, the relation between the inner heat exch ange coefficient in condensation segment and the temperature difference, the rel ation between the theoretical heat exchange capacity and real heat exchange capa city, the relation between the heat exchange coefficient and flux and the heat s tream density and et al. These figures are very important for the research of th e thread gravity heat pipe with inner screw. The inner heat exchange coefficient in heated segment is 1.69 more than that in condensation segment when flux 0.00 6?kg/s.
