摘    要:试验证明带式啮合介质齿轮传动是一种低振动、低噪音、低成本的新式齿轮传动,并可以进行绿色润滑.其中带是该传动的特征部件,也是关键部件之一.介质带的寿命直接影响到整个传动的性能及效率,而介质带在传动中受到拉伸应力、挤压应力及摩擦力的作用,易产生裂纹而断带.因此,作者对带在传动中所受到的应力进行分析,根据介质带的形变来确定所选带材料的弹性模量与屈服强度是否满足需要,为带材料的选择提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Gear transmission with meshed medium belt is proved feasiable which is, with lower vibration and noises, lower cost and energy saving. To realize "green lubrication". In the type of gear transmission, the medium belt is the feature component, also is one of the key components. The life of medium belt has great effects on the efficiency and performance of the whole transmission. However, in the process of transmission the medium belt is subjected to great tension stress, and easy to break. So we take measures to analyze the tension stress ,compression and friction forcel of the medium belt at first, and take it as the inference to select the materials of the medium belt.
