完善和实施高校学分制的思考

我国自1978年试行推广学分制以来，特别是近几年，学分制在我国取得了令人可喜的成就。国内不少高校都在积极进行学分制教学管理制度的改革和试验，并以此作为克服现存教育体制弊端、改革人才培养模式的一个切入点。如何正确认识学分制的本质，如何在具体的国情和校情下组织实施，如何把握实施学分制与学校其它各项改革的关系等，一直是高校在实践中思考和关注的问题。

Consideration on Consummating and Carrying out Point System in Higher School

Since point system was carried out in in recent years. Many higher schools are actively 1978, it has been made great progress in our country especially in carrying out the reform and experiment of point-oriented teaching and management system, and treat it as a start point to recover the drawbacks of current education and reform talent educating pattern. It has always been the hot topic considered and attended by higher schools in practice such as how to know the essence of point system and how to carry out it under current situation as well as how to master the relationship between point system and other reforms.
