摘    要:为有效降解水体中的有机污物,以太原市晋阳湖为实验水体,以养鱼池塘底泥为菌源,以实验水体化学耗氧量(CODCr)的去除率为指标,通过多次的富集驯化培养筛选到了一株可高效降解水体中蛋白质的菌株,对其生长条件和去除COD的条件进行了研究,结果显示筛选到的蛋白质高效降解菌的最适生长条件跟COD去除率较高的条件相一致,说明菌的高效降解作用是以生长繁殖为基础的,降解菌的数量达到一定程度,COD的去除率才越高.结果表明其对养殖水体COD去除率可达90.52%,其适宜的生长温度为25℃~35℃,适宜的pH为6~8,并要求有一定的溶氧浓度.
