地木耳人工培养及不同铁源的影响

摘    要:以BG-110液体和固体培养基相结合的方法,对地木耳进行人工培养,观察地木耳生长发育的过程,并比较不同铁源对其生长的影响.结果表明,在pH为8.0的条件下,能有效抑制杂藻和杂菌的生长,有利于地木耳的培养,在柠檬酸铁铵或硫酸亚铁质量浓度0.018g/L的培养基上,地木耳生长最好.

Abstract:Nostoc commune Vauch.was artificial cultivated under combination of methods of BG-110 solid culture medium and liquid culture medium in the laboratory.The growth and development process were observed.The effects of different sources to growing of N.commune were compared.The results showed that N.commune grew well and other algae and bacteria were inhibited in the situation of pH 8.0.N.commune grew well on the media with 0.018 g/L ferric ammonium citrate or FeSO4.
