溴化十六烷基三甲铵的火焰原子吸收间接测定法研究

摘    要:在pH值5.0的HAc—NaAc缓冲介质中,银离子与过量的碘离子生成的配阴离子可与溴化十六烷基三甲铵CTMAB反应,生成的离子缔合物可被三氯甲烷所萃取.据此,可利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定有机相中的银含量,从而可间接测定CTMAB的含量.本方法的线性范围为8.0—110μg/ml,对于合成样品分析结果表明,回收率在93.8—104%之间.

Abstract:A new indirect method to determine Cethyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTMAB) with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is reported in this paper. The silver ion reacts with the excess iodide ions in the HAc - NaAc medium to form a anionic complex ion, which combines with CTMAB to form an ion ~ association complex. The resulting ion - association complex can be extracted by methenyl chloride ( CHCls ). The amount of silver ion can be determined by FAAS in the organic phase,by which the content of CTMAB in samples can be calculated. The recovery rate of the method is 93. 8 - 104% .
