| 摘 要： | 当代高职院校学生所必须具备的职业伦理精神包括，诚信美德、责任意识、竞争精神、合作意识及敬业精神等。职业伦理精神的培育要从加强人文素质教育，培养学生的人文精神；加强职业道德教育，培养学生的职业伦理精神入手，通过开展实践活动，来践行、培养和巩固职业伦理精神。

| Abstract: | The professional ethics spirit is a spirit which manifests in the occupation activities and its basic request, reflecting the professional benefit. The good faith and virtue, responsibility consciousness, competition spirit, cooperation consciousness and professional dedication are the professional ethics spirits which the contemporary higher vocatioal students must have. The professional ethics spirit＇s cultivation must start from strengthening the humanities education, cultivating students＇ humane and professional ethics spirit, and having professional ethics spirit through practice. |
