| 摘 要： | 研究了瑞香狼毒根提取物对水稻大螟幼虫的生物活性．结果表明，瑞香狼毒乙醇提取物对水稻大螟幼虫具有较高的拒食活性和较强的毒杀活性，毒杀活性的致死中浓度（LC50）为181．39mg／L，拒食活性的拒蛀中浓度（AFC50）为274．21mg／L．采用萃取及分段柱层析并结合活性跟踪从中分离到一个中等极性高活性段，此活性段LC50为92．09mg／L，为进一步研究瑞香狼毒对稻螟的生物活性奠定了基础．

| Abstract: | The extraction from the root of Stellera chamaejasrne L. was tested for the bioactivity against larvae of Sesarnia inferens . A kind of high active ingredient was isolated by dip, systematic extraction and chromatography. The results of research indicated that the AFC50 on the antifeedant activity is 274.21mg/L and the LC50on poisonous activity is 181.39mg/L and 92.09mg/L. It is the base of the using the root of Stellera chamaejasme L against larvae of Sesarnia inferens. |
