摘 要: | 基于对高职院校目前内涵发展的现状和面临挑战的分析,提出高职院校内涵发展要以办学愿景顶层设计为先导,以专业建设为主线,以师资队伍建设为关键,以校企合作和教学改革为突破口,以学生职业素养和技能提升为着力点,强化内涵建设,实现质量提高、特色彰显。

Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation of the connotative development of vocational colle-ges and challenges,it is proposed that connotative development of vocational colleges should take the top-level design of school vision as guide,specialty construction as the main line,teaching staff as the key, school-enterprise cooperation and education reform as breakthrough,so as to improve students'occupation accomplishment and skills,strengthen the connotative construction,and achieve quality improvement and highlight features. |
