摘    要:钢球磨中储式制粉系统因其煤种适应性强、易于维护和可靠性高等优点,大量应用于我国火电厂中.但是,其最大的缺点是耗电量高,是电厂的用电大户,也是潜在的节能大户.已有的一些研究重点多集中在钢球磨,对制粉系统的研究不够.文中提出了基于系统辨识的中储式制粉系统运行优化的方法,以正交化原则选择数据,利用最小二乘原理辨识得到系统的模型,按照最优化原理在输入参数可调整范围内进行系统性能寻优,获得可控参数的最优值.这种方法克服了机理建模寻找系统输入输出特性的困难和人工神经网络法需求数据样本量大等缺点,对电厂中储式制粉系统优化及节能有一定的参考意义.

Abstract:The ball type pulverizer system is widely used in power plant in China because of its better coal adaptability, easy maintenanceand high reliability. However, its primary disadvantageis high power consumption. Itis not only the big consumer of power plant ,but also thebig latenteconomizer. Some existentresearches mostly focus on pulverizer, not on the ball type pulverizer system. An operation optimization method is presented in the disquisitionbased on the system identification. By selecting data upon orthogonal norm , acquiring the system model through Least Squares method, and according to the theory of optimization, the authors obtain the optimal values of controlledparameters.This method can avoid disadvantageboth of searching for the input-output specialty through mechanismmodeling and big data sample space for Manual Neural Network. It is valuable in practice for the ball type pulverizer system operation optimization and economizing energy in power plant.
