| 摘 要： | 在研究线阵CCD工作原理的基础上，选用AT89C52单片机对DM99型CCD测径实验系统进行了改进．用自行设计和组装的AT89C52单片机系统进行数据采集与处理，取代原实验系统的USB数据采集盒和计算机等部件及设备，简化了实验系统．测试结果表明，AT89C52单片机数据采集系统能够准确测量样品的直径，并且增设尺寸误差报警功能，是对原实验系统的一个很好的补充．

| Abstract: | The DM99 CCD diameter measurement system is studied and improved in this paper.AT89C52 single chip system is designed to collect and process the measurement data,substitution for the USB data-collecting equipment and the computer.The measurement results show that the AT89C52 single chip system can measure the samples exactly and carry out the warning foundation correctly,which is the improvement for the CCD measurement system. |
