| 摘 要： | 通电导体有表面电荷的堆积，在电阻率不均匀的导体内，还会有空间电荷的分布，正是由于这些电荷的存在，才能在导体内形成服从欧姆定律的稳定电流。

| Abstract: | Electric charge accumulates on the surface of the electrified conductor, and spacial charge distribute in the conductor where resistance rates are uneven. Because of the existence of the charge, stable current is formed accord with Ohm's Law in the conductor. |
