GaAs/Al_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As多量子阱的平方电光效应和光折变效应的研究

摘    要:本文研究了半绝缘GaAs/Al0.3Ga0.7As多量子阱的电光效应和光折变效应.用光调制反射谱分析了样品的结构;用电调制透射谱测量了电吸收和电折变;用二波混合的方法测量了它的光折变性质.对两种方法得到的电吸收和电折变作了分析比较.

Abstract:The electro--optical effect and photorefractive effect of GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells have been studied. The sample structure is analyzed with photoreflectance. By use of electrotransmittance, the electroabsorption and electrorefractivity are determined The photorefractive properties are also studied using two--wave mixing method. The results obtained from the two methods are compared and discussed.
