| 摘 要： | 体育教学自我监控能力是体育教师教学能力的重要组成部分，也是体育教师必须具备的素质之一，监控策略是体育教师对教学活动采取的谋略和措施，能不能科学、合理地运用教学监控策略是影响体育教学效果的一个重要原因，体育教师的教学自我监控能力和监控策略对提高体育教学效果和达成预期教学目标起着重要作用。
