铁基粉末冶金制动摩擦材料耐磨性能的显微分析

摘    要:利用摩擦磨损试验机对Al2O3短纤维增强的铁基粉末冶金制动摩擦材料进行了对比试验,讨论了不同孔隙度铁基粉末冶金材料的磨损性能,提出了采用摩擦试验后试样的磨损质量密度表示材料持久耐磨性能的观点.用扫描电镜及能谱仪等手段对摩擦表面进行微观分析,阐述了铁基粉末冶金制动摩擦材料的磨损机理,为制动摩擦材料的成分和微观组织结构设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Using frictional instruments available,the wear behaviors of sintered iron is studied with different friction components in this paper.Besides,the influence of porosity levels is also discussed.It is effective using the proportion of weight loss of frictional sample to its density,compared with other methods.On the basis of frictional surface microanalysis using optical microscope,SEM as well as spectrometer,the wear mechanisms for sintered iron are presented.The present research will be helpful to brake frictional material design.
