摘    要:根据国产10MN水压机液压系统可靠性分析和系统改造的结果,建立起新液压机主缸系统及压边缸系统的故障树并对其进行定性及定理分析,提出了保证新系统达到预计可靠的措施。实践证明新系统是可靠的。

Abstract:With the analysis of the 10MN hydraulic press system's reliability and the renovation result of the system, the fault trees of the new main cylinder and the blank holder cylinder are established. Then the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault trees is given. Besides, some measures are brought forward to guarantee the new system's estimated reliability. It is proved that the new system is reliable.
