| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了IPTV图像质量受损的原因以及目前已有的图像质量测量监测仪器,然后提出了初步的IPTV视频图像质量测量解决方案.这个方案是基于缩减参考帧模型的,首先提取出视频图像的特征参数,然后根据原始视频序列和受损视频序列之间特征参数值的差值,来对这些差值进行计算和变换,得到足以表征图像受损情况的一个数值.

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the reason of impairment of IPTV video quality and the assessing instruments recently,and then gives a abecedarian scheme of video quality assessment. This scheme is based on the reduced -reference model. Feature parameters are picked up at first, and the differences between original videos and processed videos are calculated ,at last a numerical value is gained for video quality impairment. |
