| 摘 要： | 采用手工费林滴定和还原糖测定仪两种方法测定了不同样品中还原糖含量。对测定结果的对比分析表明：手工费林试剂法易受很多因素的干扰，不同测定人员之间的误差较大；还原糖测定仪的误差范围小、重现性好、准确度较高。

| Abstract: | The content of reducing sugar in saccharfication processes was determined with reducing sugar analyzer and the conventional approach of Fehling reagent. The results indicate the approach of reducing sugar analyzer is superior to that of Fehling reagent. |
