摘    要:通过将碳酸钙微球浸入到磷酸氢二铵溶液中,并在60℃条件下进行微波水热处理,获得了直径约为1μm的羟基磷灰石微球,其转化机理为溶解-再沉淀反应。碳酸钙微球浸入到磷酸氢二铵溶液中后,在微波辅助作用下,钙离子从碳酸钙表面释放并与溶液中的磷酸根离子进行反应,获得了羟基磷灰石微球,该微球保持了起始球霰石的形状和尺寸。本研究为可控构象的磷灰石基生物材料的制备提供了简便而有效的方法。

Abstract:Carbonated hydroxyapatite microspheres with a particle size of 1 μm have been fabricated hydrothennally by soaking calcium carbonate microspheres in a disodium hydrogen phosphate solution at 60℃. The transformation mechanism is a dissolutionprecipitation reaction. After soaking in the disodium hydrogen phosphate solution, the calcium ions released from the calcium carbonate microspheres react with phosphate ions in the solution to form carbonated hydroxyapatite nanopartieles, copying faithfully the shape and size of original vaterites, were fabricated under the assistance of microwave irradiation. The research may provide a feasible method for the fabrication of hydroxyapatite-hased biomaterials with controllable configuration.
