摘    要:分析3D打印PCB线路挤出机构料筒腔内导电银浆的受力分布及对料筒腔壁的作用力,明确内部受力情况;通过实际打印验证喷嘴的力学分析结果,确定喷嘴类型;计算所选喷嘴出口处的流量、压强、压力.研究结果可为选择合适驱动电机提供较为准确的理论依据.

Abstract:The force distribution of the conductive silver paste in the barrel of 3D printing PCB line extrusion mechanism and the force of the chamber wall were analyzed,the internal force situation is clear;Analysis of mechanics theory of the results of the nozzle was verified by actual print experiment,and the nozzle type is determined;The flow,pressure and pressure at the outlet of the nozzle are calculated.The results can provide more accurate theory basis for choosing the appropriate drive motor.
