应用皮瓣修复面部皮肤缺损30例临床分析

目的 探讨应用皮瓣修复面部缺损创面的效果.方法 30例面部病损切除术后或外伤性皮肤缺损患者,根据缺损部位和范围,分别设计菱形瓣、皮下蒂皮瓣、三角瓣、眼轮匝肌蒂颞部皮瓣等修复创面.结果 皮瓣全部Ⅰ期成活,切口愈合良好,眼睑、口角、鼻无器官移位、变形,颜面外观满意.结论 根据皮肤缺损的部位和范围设计不同皮瓣进行修复,患者皮肤色泽、质地匹配,功能及外观正常,取得良好的手术效果.

Clinical Application of 30 Cases with Skin Flap for Repairing Facial Defects

Objective To explore the cosmetic efficacy for the use of skin flap to repair the postoperative skin defects.Method Facial skin flaps,including rombus,subcutaneous pedicle,triangle and temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle were designed for 37 patients with the postoperative and traumatic facial skin defects according to the different parts and scopes of the facial lesion.Results All the skin flaps survived in a way of primary survival,the incisions healed well,no displacement and deformity of eyelid,corner of mouth and nose,and patients'' facial appearance was satisfied.Conclusion According to the different situation offacial skin defects to select and design a reasonable flap to repair the wound,which could obtain skin color consistent,texture matching,and satisfied facial appearance,or a good asthetic effect after being opreated.
