延续性护理改善直肠癌术后永久性肠造口患者生存质量效果分析

目的 分析延续性护理改善直肠癌术后永久性肠造口患者生存质量的效果.方法 随机选取直肠癌术后永久性肠造口患者68例,依据护理方法将这些患者分为延续性护理组(n=34)和常规护理组(n=34),对两组患者的正确护理造口、饮食排便、社会活动情况及造口相关并发症发生情况、自我护理能力、护理满意度、生存质量进行统计分析.结果 延续性护理组患者中正确护理造口、饮食排便、社会活动比例均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),造口相关并发症发生率5.9%(2/34)显著低于常规护理组26.5%(9/34)(P<0.05),自我护理能力评分、护理满意度评分均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),躯体健康、社会功能、心理健康评分均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),临床症状评分显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05).结论 延续性护理能够有效改善直肠癌术后永久性肠造口患者的生存质量.

Effect of Continuous Care on the Improvement of Life Quality of Rectal Cancer Patients with Postoperative Colostomy

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care on the improvement of quality of life of rectal cancer patients with postoperative colostomy. Method 68 cases of rectal cancer patients with postoperative colostomy were randomly selected,these patients were divided into continuous nursing group (n=34)and routine nursing group (n=34 )according to the nursing methods,the correct nursing stoma,defecation,diet and social activities and stoma related complications,self-care ability,nursing satisfactions and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The correct colostomy nursing,diet and defecation,social activity rates of the continuing nursing group were significantly higher than those of routine nursing group (P<0 . 05 ),the stoma complication rate 5 . 9% of continuous nursing group (2/34 )was significantly lower than that of routine nursing group 26. 5%(9/34)(P<0. 05),the self-care ability score,nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher (P<0. 05),the physical health,social function,mental health scores were significantly higher (P<0. 05),the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the routine nursing group (P < 0 . 05 ). Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the quality of life of rectal cancer patients with postoperative colostomy.
