| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同对比剂在冠状动脉血管CTA图像的效果,以期找到最佳的对比剂给药方案.方法选择360例符合条件的患者,按照不同的浓度、不同的注射速度、不同的剂量进行分组.结果对比剂浓度不同的3组患者CTA图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05).结论应用320 mg/m L浓度的等渗对比剂进行CTA扫描图像效果最佳.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of different contrast agents on the CTA images of coronary artery vessels in order to find the best solution of the contrast agent. Method 360 cases of eligible patients were selected and grouped according to the different concentrations, different injection rates and different doses of contrast agents. Results There was no significant difference in the CTA image quality between the three groups ( P>0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The CTA scan was performed with 320 mg/mL concentration and the image effect was the best. |
