山丹杞调血脂水煎剂联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗血脂异常临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的 观察山丹杞调血脂水煎剂联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗血脂异常的疗效.方法 104例血脂异常患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予口服单一瑞舒伐他汀和山丹杞调血脂水煎剂联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗.在治疗结束次日及2个月后分别测定患者血清TG,TC,LDL和HDL水平,对比分析两组用药方法对血脂异常的治疗效果.结果 给药结束后,观察组血脂异常患者TG,TC和LDL水平均显著降低,HDL水平明显升高,总有效率明显高于对照组;给药结束后2个月,观察组血脂异常患者TG,TC和LDL水平均显著降低,HDL水平明显升高,观察组患者血脂异常率明显低于对照组.结论 山丹杞调血脂水煎剂联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗血脂异常疗效优于单一瑞舒伐他汀疗法.

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of Shandanqi Lipidemic-Modulating Decoction (SLMD) in combination with rosuvastatin on dyslipidemia.Method 104 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and given single rosuvastatin and SLMD in combination with rosuvastatin orally,respectively.On the next day and 2 months after the last administration,serum TG,TC,LDL and HDL levels of the patients were detected for the comparison and analysis of the curative effect of the two therapies.Results After the last administration,serum TG,TC and LDL levels of patients were significantly decreased,and HDL levels were significantly increased,and the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher;two months after the last administration,the serum TG,TC and LDL levels were significantly lower,and the dyslipidemia rate in the observation group was significantly lower.Conclusion SLMD in combination with rosuvastatin is superior to single rosuvastatin in dyslipidemia.
