摘    要:十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)辅助TiCl4水解,成功地制备了纯二氧化钛光催化剂(TPC),利用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱及氮气吸附/脱附对所有的TPC进行了表征.光催化活性测试结果表明:所制备的样品可见光催化降解甲基橙的活性均好于P25,且随着TiCl4与SDS物质的量比增大,催化降解效率提高.SDS的存在有助于通过调控颗粒间的作用强度来调控高能氧桥键的分布,从而调控可见光催化活性;活性晶面的暴露也利于光催化活性的提高.使用TiCl4与SDS物质的量比为51.2的TPC4,在可见光(35 W普通民用光源)下照射3h,甲基橙降解率高达74.4%,预示其在光催化自清洁内墙涂料方面具有潜在的应用前景.

Abstract:Titania photocatalysts(TPC) were successfully prepared by hydrolysis of TiCl4 in the presence of SDS.All of TPC were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis,UV-visible light spectra,and nitrogen adsorption/desorption.The results of photocatalytic activity test showed that all of TPC had better visible light photocatalytic activities than P25 for the photodegradation of methyl orange,and the visible light photocatalytic activity increased with the increase in the mole ratio of TiCl4 to SDS.SDS are helpful to regulate the distribution of high-energy oxo-bridging,so as to control visible light photocatalytic activities by regulating the intensity of interaction between particles.The exposed active facets is helpful to enhance its photocatalytic efficiency too.When the mole ratio of TiCl4 to SDS was 51.2,the methyl orange removal efficiency was up to 74.4% under visible light(35 W,common civilian illuminant) irradiation for 3 h.It would possess potential application prospect in self-cleaning interior building latex coating with photocatalysis.
