干预社区老年人群对护生人文关怀能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨干预社区老年人群对护生人文关怀能力的影响.方法本研究采用便利抽样方法,选取吉林市某高校80名护理系学生,以人性照护理论为指导,组织研究对象利用课余时间为社区老年人群进行护理干预.采用配对t检验的统计学方法对干预效果进行评价.结果灌输希望和信念、科学地解决健康问题、协助满足社区老年人的基本需求、协助解除困难的维度及人文关怀能力总分得分与基线比较,护生参加社区老年人群实践活动12周时与18周时得分均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);人道、利他价值观与促进情感交流两个维度得分与基线比较,护生参与社区老年人群实践活动12周时得分提高差异无统计学意义(P0.05),18周时得分提高差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),18周与12周比较,得分提高差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论以人性照护理论为基础给予社区老年人群一定护理干预,可有效提高护理学专业学生人文关怀能力水平.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of intervention in community elderly population on nursing students' humanistic caring ability. Method 67 Nursing students were enrolled in this study by convenience sampling from a university in Jilin. Data were analyzed by independent t-test to evaluate the effects of the intervention. Results The faith and hope were introduced to the students, the healthy problems were scientifically solved,the basic needs of the elderly were met,the elderly were helped in problem-solving and in relieving the difficult dimensions,and the total humanistic caring scores were compared with the base line. The total scores of nursing students were significantly improved 12 weeks and 18 weeks after they participated in the practical activity with the community elderly ( P<0 . 05 ) compared with the scores in base line;there was a significant improvement in the dimensions of altruistic and humanitarian values, and promoting the emotional communication 18 weeks after the intervention compared with the baseline ( P<0 . 05 ) . The scores of the dimensions of altruistic humanitarian values and promoting the emotional communication 12 weeks after intervention were not significantly different compared with those of the baseline ( P>0 . 05 ) , and there was significant improvement 18 weeks after the intervention compared with the baseline ( P<0 . 05 ) . There was a significant improvement in them 18 weeks compared with those 12 weeks ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Giving a certain intervention to community elderly population based on the human caring theory can effectively improve the humanistic caring ability of nursing students.
