摘    要:以东北落叶松为试材,经高温高压蒸汽-真空处理,在不同厚度、含水率及不同温度、时间、真空度下脱脂干燥,测试脱脂率.结果显示:在180℃保温40min,真空30min条件下,木材脱脂率显著提高,最高可达63.05%;经电子显微镜观察木材结构发现,木材经高温高压处理后,其细胞壁出现裂纹,纹孔出现不同程度裂隙,这些改变有利于树脂排出.

Abstract:Larix gmelini in northeast of China was selected to study the best conditions of degreasing.The degrease rate was tested under high temperature and high pressure through steam-vacuum,degreasing and drying with different thicknesses,moisture content of specimens and temperature,time and vacuum.The results showed that the degrease rate of wood treated with high temperature and pressure was significantly improved.The best degrease rate can reach 63.05% when the wood was treated at 180℃ for 40 minutes and high pressure vacuum for 30 minutes.The electron microscope observation revealed that cell walls of the wood were cracked under high temperature and pressure.Structure loosed,cracked in the pit,these ultrastructure changes are good ways to remove the resin.
