摘    要:对十字花科植物中的异硫氰酸盐(ITCs)的结构及性质进行分析,并对其抑制I相酶、诱导II相酶的活性及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡使细胞周期停止等主要抗癌机制进行探讨.目前,国外已经将SFN产品上市销售,并可以治疗高血压、白内障等棘手性疾病.对异硫氰酸盐的结构性质及药理活性作以综述.

Abstract:This paper shows several structures of crude isothiocyanates and its mainly physical and chemical activities.The mechanism of anticancer has been plausible.The passage from two substantial ways to expound it.Sulforaphane was thought to be due solely to its ability to behave as a monofunctional inducer of phase II enzymes,which are known to represent the most important group of detoxication enzymes of the human organism,and it has also been shown to be the inhibitor of phase I enzymes.Besides,it also can induced apoptosis to let the cancer cells death.For the time being,the production of ITCs has been a effective medicine of hypertension and cataract.This paper describes the structures characteristics and pharmacological bioactivity of I-TCS from different aspects.
