| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚乙烯醇树脂的制备过程。利用尿素-三聚氰胺对树脂进行改性,并对改性树脂的性质进行测定。测试在不同原料配比下树脂性质(如粘度、游离甲醛含量)的不同。根据测定结果设计正交试验,对树脂配方进行优化,结合三聚氰胺树脂和脲醛树脂的特点决定最优树脂配方。故聚乙烯醇量20 g,尿素溶液量10 g,甲醛量7 g为最优配比。
