| 摘 要： | 采用PCR-CTPP技术检测分析新疆维吾尔族宫颈癌P73基因第二外显子G4C14-to-A4T14多态性, 并与PCR-RFLP技术检测结果对比,探讨PCR-CTPP在SNP检测及分析中的应用.结果显示：经PCR-CTPP扩增出P73基因第二外显子G4C14-to-A4T14三种基因型相应的DNA片段,与DNA测序结果符合.说明PCR-CTPP技术成本较低、省时、操作简便,结果稳定可靠,对于SNP研究具有较高的应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:to explore the application of PCR-CTPP and analysis of SNP.Methods:PCR-CTPP is used to detect polymorphism of p73 exon 2 G4C14-to-A4T14 in cervical carcinoma of Uygur women.Results:DNA bands of three different genotyp can be amplified by using PCR-CTPP,which is consistent with the result of the sequencing.Conclusion:PCR-CTPP is an inexpensive,easy time-saving and reliable method compared with other methods. |
