| 摘 要： | 未来的社会是一个要求人们必须终身接受教育、不断自我发展才能适应生存的社会，而终身教育又要求人们能够培养可以独立于教师和课堂的自主学习能力。本文从观念、方式和方法等几方面探讨了教师如何在教学中注重调动学生的主观能动性，培养自学能力，为他们今后走向社会和自我发展打下良好的基础。
