| 摘 要： | 在文献信息资源共建共享活动取得巨大成绩的背景下,对各类型的共建共享活动开展绩效评估,以促进其健康、有效和可持续的发展已经成为一项迫切的任务。文章从宏观层面论述了文献信息资源共建共享绩效评估体系建设的目的、原则、基本思路、内容框架、设计和实施过程及保障机制等内容。基本建立了文献信息资源共建共享绩效评估的框架体系。
