| 摘 要： | 介绍了以聚氨脂橡胶为胀形介质，采用复合胀形工艺，将无缝管一次成形为三通管成品的加工工艺，包括模具结构设计、胀形变形力学特征和胀形成形机理分析及胀形力的计算，研究表明，这对实际生产有着重要的理论指导意义。
