恒压供水FUZZY-PID控制研究

摘    要:为了提高大范围变负荷恒压供水系统的控制精度和可靠性,提出了采用多台水泵分级控制,变频调速的恒压控制策略.针对恒压供水系统具有多参数、非线性、大时滞的特点,设计了一种FUZZY-PID控制器.该控制器能够对供水系统中的水压调节进行有效控制.仿真结果和实际应用表明,采用FUZZY-PID控制器后,控制系统的响应速度加快,超调量减小,过渡过程时间大大缩短,振荡次数少,具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的稳定性.

Abstract:In order to improve the precision and reliability of control system of the constant pressure water supply(CPWS) with changing load in large range,a method with multi-level control of pumps and variable-frequency speed governing is presented in the paper.A FUZZY-PID controller is designed to against the characteristics of CPWS such as multi-parameters,nonlinear,big delay,etc.The controller can effectively adjust the water pressure of the system.Simulation results and practical application indicate that the responded speed,ultra-volume,transition time and vibration frequency of control system are greatly improved by applying the fuzzy controller.System with the controller has strong robustness and good stability.
