无醛固色剂的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以二乙烯三胺和双氰胺为主要原料合成了一种符合环保要求的无甲醛固色剂,并将其应用到直接染料的固色实验中。实验表明,最佳的固色条件是固色剂浓度为1 g/L,固色温度为60℃,浴比为20,固色pH值为9,处理后的纺织物耐皂洗牢度(白布沾色)达4级,湿摩擦色牢度达3~4级。且在同等条件下与固色剂Y相比,可使直接染料的各项色牢度提高0.5~1.5级。新固色剂对色光影响较少,可剥离性能良好。

Abstract:The eco-friendly formaldehyde-free fixing agent using diethylenetriamine and dicyandiamide was synthesized and applied to fixation experiment of direct dyes. The test showed that the optimal fixing conditions are as follows: fixing agent concentration is 1 g/L, temperature 60℃, and pH value 9. After dye-fixing, the fastness to soaping and rubbing reached 4 grade and 3-4 grade respectively. At the same condition, it can improve the fastness 0.5-1.5 grade more than fixing agent Y. Infection on color shade is very little and the fixing agent can easily peel off.
