| 摘 要： | 近年来,环境信访投诉问题日益突出,妥善处理各类环境信访案件关系重大,受多方面因素影响,环境信访工作难以得到社会各界的认同和群众满意。从环境信访标准化体系建设入手做初步探讨,提出实施环境信访标准化的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years the problems of environment letters and visits from the masses about complaints have become more and more prominent.It matters a lot whether various environment letters and visits can be carefully handled.Due to the influence form various aspects, the work is hardly satisfying and approved by the society.Starting from setting up standardized system of environment letters and visits,the essay puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures. |
