| 摘 要： | 人才兴国是文廷式变法维新思想中的核心内容之一。他对晚清人才稀乏的原因进行了全面的深刻的分析,提出了“达民情、教人才,乃立国之大本”的主张,并就如何培养国家急需人才,提出了与时俱进的卓越见解,并为之进行了许多开创性的工作。

| Abstract: | Strengthening national strength by qualified personnel is the core idea of the Wen Tingshi restoration and political reform. He made an complete and deep analysis on the reason why the qualified personnel is shortage in the late of Qing dynasty and pointed out the idea “it is the base of country construction to understand the people's situation and train personnel”,the development opponent and did many fundamental work. |
