原子吸收分光光度法测定信阳市儿童头发中的微量元素

摘    要:用HNO3消化溶解发样,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定了信阳市1~10岁儿童头发中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg和Cu等微量元素的含量,并探讨了微量元素含量的变化与年龄之间的关系,可为临床诊断某些儿童疾病提供依据.测定方法准确可靠,标准加入回收率在95.0%~104.0%之间,并具有采样无创伤、无痛苦等优点.

Abstract:The hair sample was digested with HNO_3,five elements including zinc,calcium,iron,magnesium and copper were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).And the relations of the trace elements with ages were studied,the data was provided for clinical diagnose of some disease.The contents of Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg and Cu in hair of children can accurately determined using FAAS,the recoveries were in the range of 95.0%~104.0%.
