摘    要:设计了城市用轿车轮毂轴承载荷谱的测试系统,介绍了轿车匀速、加速及减速行驶时,轮毂轴承载荷谱的测试实验方法。绘制了不同行驶状态时,轮毂轴承载荷在时域和幅值域的统计谱图。轮毂轴承载荷谱的统计特性表明:匀速行驶时,轮毂轴承的载荷幅值频次呈正态分布;速度变换引起左右轮轴承垂直载荷和纵向载荷大约波动25%;加速使侧向载荷幅值频次呈均态分布;减速使侧向载荷幅值频次呈瑞利分布。

Abstract:A system was devised for testing the dynamic load of city used automotive hub bearings. The load testing process was introduced when the automotive runs in even and varied speed. Based on the field test, hub bearing's load spectra in time and amplitude domain were demonstrated. It reveals that the load spectrum in amplitude domain is displayed as normal school when the car runs in even speed. The alternation of running states results in about 25% extra dynamic load in vertical and longitudinal direction, while accelerating changes lateral load spectrum in amplitude domain into average distribution, and decelerating changes lateral spectrum in amplitude domain into Rayleigh distribution. The testing load spectra provide the first hand data for further structure optimal design and life experiment of automotive hub bearings.
