| 摘 要： | 电容式集成压力传感器因其特有的一系列优点而被广泛采用，但硅杯开头对传感器的灵敏度影响较大，本文提出了一种新的硅杯开头，并通过分析计算，设计出了改进型的电容式集成压力传感器。
