健美操锻炼对老年女子脂类代谢的影响

摘    要:通过对部分老年女子进行健美操锻炼的对照试验,发现中老年人坚持健美操锻炼,可以有效地提高血清HDL-ch水平,降低血清TG,LDL-ch,VLDL-ch浓度,其它指标亦向有利于方向转化,如体脂百分比明显降低,体重接近理想数值,安静心率减慢,心血管机能指数增大。表明长期坚持健美操锻炼,对老年女子脂类代谢和心血管机能具有积极作用。

Abstract:Through the contrasting experiment between on some eldly women who carried out body building exercises and those who didnt, we find that body building exercises can enhance the level of serum lipoprotein and reduce the concentration of serum TG, LDL-ch and VLDL-ch. Meanwhile, there are some favourable changes such as bodyfat percent decreases obviously; the weight is more ideal; the rest heart rate slows down, and the cardiovascular indexes increase. The results that persisting in body building exercises has positive effect on fat etabolism and cardiovascular functiion for the elderly women.
