聚合物乳液的粒子形态

摘    要:对两组分三相和三组分四相聚合物乳液体系的粒子形态进行了综述。两组分体系有5种粒子形态,三组分体系有22种粒子形态。根据表面自由能最小原理,热力学因素决定乳液粒子的最可几形态,其中聚合物相间界面张力为控制乳液粒子形态的关键参数,动力学因素决定热力学最可几形态的实现程度。还讨论了影响乳液粒子形态的因素,并介绍了从实验观察到的四组分五相丙烯酸酯乳液体系的粒子形态。

Abstract:Particle morphology of two component and three component polymer latex systems has been reviewed. There are 5 kinds of dictinct and thermodynamically stable particle morphology in two component emulsion and 22 in three component emulsion systems. The thermodynamic factors determine the stability of the final particle morphology according to the minimum surface free energy change principle, and the kinetic factors determine the ease with which such a thermodynamically perferred morphology can be achieved. The interfacial tension between polymer phases is the key parameter to controll particle morphology. Also, the factors to affect the particle morphology was discussed and the particle morphology in four component emulsion was introduced.
