| Abstract: | Today with the fast development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in archives.To meet the needs of social development,the archives workers must have high quality,professional morals and understanding and the proper attitude to the job.This article makes a professional analysis of the present situation of the archivists,and presents the problems.It also tries to find out the reasons and thus gives the reasonable and feasible suggestions. |
