胆囊癌组织中P21、P53、BCL—2癌基因蛋白的表达及PCNA半定量分析

采用免疫组织化学 Ａ Ｂ Ｃ 法，测定了４０ 例胆囊癌和８ 例胆囊腺瘤性息肉组织中 Ｐ２１ 、 Ｐ５３ 、 Ｂ Ｃ Ｌ－ ２ 癌基因蛋白的表达情况及增殖细胞核抗原的表达强度．结果显示： Ｐ２１ 、 Ｐ５３ 、 Ｂ Ｃ Ｌ－２ 蛋白阳性表达率在胆囊癌组织中分别为５２ ．５ ％ 、５２ ．５ ％ 和７０ ％ ．在胆囊腺瘤性息肉中分别为０ ％ 、０ ％ 和１００ ％ ．提示：检测 Ｐ２１ 、 Ｐ５３ 、 Ｂ Ｃ Ｌ－ ２ 蛋白表达情况对胆囊癌与胆囊腺瘤性息肉的鉴别诊断有一定意义； Ｐ２１ 、 Ｐ５３ 蛋白表达可能是胆囊癌预后不良的重要指标

Expression of P21, P53,BCL-2 Oncogene-Protein and Semi-quantitative Analysis of PCNA in the Tissue of Gallbladder Carcinoma and Adenomatous Polyp

The expression of P21,P53,BCL-2 oncogene protein and the expressive magnitude of proliferating cell nuclear antigen were determined by using immunohistochemistry ABC method among 40 patients with gallbladder carcinoma and 8 patients with gallbladder adenomatous polyp. The results showed that in the tissue of gallbladder carcinoma, the positive expression rates of P21,P53,and BCL-2 oncogene protein were 52.5%,52.5,70%,respectively; and in the tissue of gallbladder adenomatous polyp, they were 0%,0%,100%,respectively. All these suggested that the expression of oncogene protein be helpful in the differentiation and diagnosis between the gallbladder carcinoma and adenomatous polyp, and the expression of P21, P53 oncogene protein be an important index of unfavourable prognosis.
