机场地勤人员离职倾向因素的分析

摘    要:本文通过深度访问的方式收集到引起离职倾向的主要因素,根据收集到的资料规划研究框架并设计问卷。以机场地勤人员为研究对象,分析工作特性、领导风格、工作投入、工作回馈等因素对离职倾向产生的影响,将实地调研的数据进行统计分析,认识各类因素与离职倾向之间的相关性,寻找降低人员产生离职倾向的途径,为机场公司的人员管理提供有效的参考。

Abstract:The study uses the in-depth interview method to obtain turnover factors.Besides,questionnaires are used to obtain data and results.The paper is performed on the ground staff from an airport,attempted to analysize the infuluence of job characteristics,leadership style,job involvement,job feedback and other factors on turnover intention,and understand the relations between various factors and turnover intention by using statistical data.The research is aimed at finding ways to reduce the rate of turnover,and providing effective reference to personnel management of the Airport Corporation.
